Meet Kerry

It’s lovely to meet you, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Not too long ago, I was exactly where you are—feeling drained, stuck, and questioning my worth. I was in a toxic relationship that consumed my energy and made me doubt myself. I ignored my own feelings, pretending everything was fine while suffering inside. I also experienced toxicity in the workplace—a boss who constantly undermined me, dismissed my ideas, and made me feel small. No matter how hard I worked, it was never enough. The stress and self-doubt followed me home, chipping away at my confidence.

I know what it’s like to feel trapped in unhealthy relationships—whether with a partner, a boss, a family member, or a friend. But I also know what it takes to break free. By learning to set boundaries, quiet my negative self-talk, and reconnect with my true self, I was able to reclaim my happiness and sense of worth.

That’s why I became a certified Life Coach and created the Finding Happiness Through Self-Love Course. I now help others heal, rebuild, and step into their full potential. Through my personalized one-on-one coaching, I provide support, tools, and guidance to help you break free from toxic cycles, rediscover your confidence, and create the fulfilling life you deserve.
